Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@crystalcovebeauty.us with your order number.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email a notification. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, perfumes with broken seals, and body care items cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Damaged or Defective Items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@crystalcovebeauty.us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge.
Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping. All US orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping (5–7 business days).
Standard Shipping. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99 within the contiguous United States.
Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm CST may be processed the following business day.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect. We collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment information solely to process your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Security. All payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. Crystal Cove Beauty LLC does not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Cookies. Our site uses essential cookies to maintain your shopping cart and session. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Email Communications. By placing an order, you may receive order confirmation and shipping notification emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or contacting info@crystalcovebeauty.us.
Data Retention. Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@crystalcovebeauty.us.
